Initial Inspection

The Initial Inspection to determine vehicle compliances to Construction and
Use Rule 1959 and roadworthiness status before registration with the Road
Transport Department (JPJ), or before transfer of ownership for commercial
vehicles. Fees for inspection vary base on type of vehicle.
Please bring along these documents:
1. Original vehicle registration card or certified copy (issued by PUSPAKOM
Manager or supervisor)
2. Original Approval letter (issued by Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board)
3. RTD K1 form
4. Eks. 7 form or Purchased document
5. Custom Form 1
6. Approval letter (issued by Tourist Vehicle Licensing Board)
